1. Is there an Application Fee?

  • No

2. How do I get an Application?

  • Provide an email and we can email you one.
  • You can print off one from the For Lease section of our website.
  • One can also be mailed to you.

3. What do you look at on an application?

  • First thing we look at is the previous rental references.
  • Job history and verification of sufficient income.
  • We consider personal references.
  • Credit and pets as well. 

4. Where can I take my completed application?

5. How do I schedule a time to see the property?

  • A completed application is required, then we will schedule a time that is convenient to you.

6. What does Lease mean?

  • Lease is basically what you are familiar with as a rental, however there is a time frame involved, typically 1 or 2 years.

7. Do I pay utilities?

  • That depends on the property. If it is a single home, you will typically be responsible for Heat, electric, water & sewage.  If an apartment/condo, most likely heat & electric.

8. What is P.A.S.S.?

  • P.A.S.S. Package And Shipping Specialists  is located at 500 Saraina Rd. where you can drop off UPS and Fed-Ex packages to be shipped. Other services available. contact them at 317-398-5600 for more information.

  • They also have a 24hr night drop box on the north side of the building for document drop off to business's that lease a box there
  • Box number and company name must be on document envelope. (This is not a U.S. Post Office Box.)
  • Please make sure company name and box number are correct so your documents or rent checks are put in the correct box.

9. Can I drop off cash at P.A.S.S.?

  •  Bowers Property Group and P.A.S.S highly suggest you do not put cash in the drop box. or leave inside.
  • We cannot be responsible for cash dropped off at P.A.S.S. Tennent assumes all responsibility for cash left at P.A.S.S.  
  • Checks or money orders are preferred.
